Rack, (Portable Wire Prep)
- Accommodates standard 18” x 26” trays or pans. The ½” food grade polyethylene cutting board/work surface provides an area for slicing, mixing, garnishing or other types of food preparation.
- Choice of Slide Spacing: Wire Prep Rack is available with a choice of slide spacings—1 ½” (39mm), which has a 16 pan capacity, and 3” (76mm), which has an 8 pan capacity.
- Lightweight, Maneuverable: 5” (127mm) swivel casters promote ease of mobility. 2 brake, 2 swivel.
